Thank you Rina Barak for sharing some fun Halloween therapy ideas!
- Here’s a spooky worksheet to practice following directions: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BzxZN2dBj1s-U0JSS3RoQlUxVDg/edit
- Read the book “Monster Needs a Costume” by Paul Czajak for Kinder through 3rd graders. It’s an easy book to scaffold with good vocabulary and all of the kids will LOVE it.
- If you can use food, this is a favorite! – Make spiders out of marshmallows (or banana) for the body, chocolate chips or raisins for the face and pretzel legs for a fun treat. You can work on any goal during this activity! Kids can earn each piece with correct answers, sound productions or behaviors! Then eat the treat as a reward!
